Policy Spotlight: Creating equity an access for moms and their families.

Join The Matriots PAC and Move to PROSPER to learn more about what really happens for spotlighting the policy needs of women when more women hold elected office in Ohio. Ohio House Rep. Kristin Boggs (18), Columbus City Councilmember Shayla Favor, and Reynoldsburg City Councilmember Shanette Strickland will talk about their work on mobility programs that create equity and access for moms and their families. Matriots Founding Member and Move to PROSPER Project Facilitator Amy Klaben will join the panel, which will be moderated by Matriots Founding Member Melissa Kass. Learn about a suite of policies and programs, including recent ordinance adoptions in Reynoldsburg and Columbus to remove discrimination in housing that these Matriots-endorsed policymakers have championed.The event will take place Thursday, May 20 at 4:30 PM on Zoom & Facebook Live.
