Wendy has dedicated her life to pursuing social justice for all people, especially women. As a non-profit professional for more than 20 years, she has been active in politics, previously serving on Cleveland Heights/University Heights Board of Education, where she was both Board Vice President and President. If elected, Wendy will actively advocate for the continuation of the Beachwood school district’s Equity and Engagement efforts. She believes these efforts truly embrace her schools’ diversity and work to move the district forward. In asserting that the district must support all of our students and families, Wendy says that she will not shy away from tough decisions and give members of the community the chance to have their voices heard.
