Initially elected in 2019 and beginning her term on the Bexley Board of Education in January 2020, Victoria Powers seeks re-election. Her first term in office has provided Victoria with the most incredible set of experiences to continue to lead the District as a member of the Board of Education. Victoria’s work needs to be done to ensure that the students, staff, and community have a high-quality and affordable education. When reelected, she plans to continue to lead, support, and champion the current projects in the district to benefit the students, staff, and community. Victoria will continue to support the district’s work to address student wellness and identify and overcome learning barriers. She will ensure an ongoing review of the Board Policy for inclusiveness, movement toward restorative practices, and greater clarity and transparency.   

Victoria will not stop fighting for the students to have a voice in the community of Bexley and uphold the Matriot’s values when reelected for the Bexley Board of Education.
