Vanessa Hayes-Williams has served within Pickerington to bring awareness, support, and equitable treatment to individuals, families, and children. Vanessa will make a strong impact on the Pickerington Board of Education by helping others gain a voice in the community. When elected, Vanessa hopes to expand the dialogue in addressing how adverse childhood experiences (ACE) impact families, schools, and communities. Vanessa has dedicated her work towards organizational learning & teaching and transformational leadership.  This lifetime commitment to education and learning is further supported by her last six years of working within educational organizations as an educator within elementary, middle, and high schools.
