Tiffany deSilva has dedicated her career and community life to lifting up children and families. A licensed social worker and longtime Dublin resident, Tiffany brings both professional expertise and lived experience as a parent to her role on the Dublin City Schools Board of Education. For more than 14 years, she has been a constant presence in the district, volunteering in classrooms, leading parent-teacher organizations, serving on key committees, and supporting innovation through the Dublin Education Foundation Board.
Her leadership is rooted in collaboration and a belief that every child deserves the chance to thrive. Whether championing academic excellence, strengthening partnerships between schools and families, or ensuring that all students are supported, Tiffany exemplifies what it means to serve with compassion and vision.
