Candidates
Taylor Eastham
State Representative, District 79
Northeast Ohio, State Legislature
As a candidate for State Representative in Ohio’s 79th district, Taylor Eastham’s top priority is restoring the region’s prosperity, striving to ‘turn the rust belt into the trust belt’ and put people over partisan issues. Taylor is a long time resident of East Liverpool and realized her passion for helping people from a young age, inspiring her earn her B.S. in Political Science and Master’s degree in Applied Politics. Taylor has experience in finance, as well as a deep passion for serving her community. She has worked for Tim Ryan’s congressional campaign, as a substitute teacher in the Beaver Local School District, and is a member of the Columbiana County Women’s Caucus. When elected, Taylor’s priorities will include cutting taxes for small businesses, increasing tourism in her district, making sure tax dollars are coming back to communities, and supporting workers and the middle class. Taylor believes that her district has been overlooked by representatives on both sides of the political aisle for too long, and she is the advocate her community needs.
Taylor Eastham for State RepresentativeI envision an Ohio where partisanship takes a backseat to leaders who want to create the best policies possible for the citizens of the state.
