Councilmember Sue Durichko is seeking re-election for Parma Heights City Council. Through her time on city council she has felt a connection with the people that she has served. She understands that even though one may not agree with another, understanding the opposite point of view is key to moving the community forward. When re-elected, Councilmember Durichko wants to continue to seek positive growth through encouraging small businesses, new home ownership, and stable accessible educational opportunities. She also believes that encouraging residents to get involved on all fronts is key so that everyone is involved and can see how the decisions are being made. Councilmember Durichko will advocate for more diversity so that the community of Parma can continue to grow. She is eager to become more actively involved in creating a space that promotes health, safety, and prosperity for women.
