With over fifteen years of courthouse experience and a small business owner invested in a community she loves, Sheila Rice is running for Springfield Municipal Court Clerk. She was appointed when the previous municipal court clerk passed away, showing that the community trusted her to handle the duties when needed. Sheila not only cares about what goes on in the community, but she supports them and gives back. Already, Sheila has brought positive changes to the city by allowing payments by phone, and check, and most importantly, being personally available to resolve issues. When elected, Sheila’s focus will be to enhance the customer service experience for the residents. The Matriots knows that Sheila will uphold our values and have a positive impact on the City of Springfield when elected.
