Selected to the Athens City Council in 2017, Sarah Hodges Grace has been fighting for the people of Athens because she’s a life-long devoted, hardworking member of the Athens community. With a master’s degree in Public Health, Sarah makes sure to always prioritize the health and wellness of the people of Athens, making her especially valuable to the community during the global health pandemic. As a mother to young children, Sarah understands the importance of working for women and family-supportive legislation, including the critical need of complete access to healthcare for everyone. If elected to City Council, Sarah will continue to fight for improving access to well-paying jobs with benefits like paid parental leave, affordable housing, and safe working conditions for everyone in the Athens community.
