Rebecca Hermann is a committed public servant who has dedicated her leadership on Worthington City Council to strengthening the community, fostering collaboration, and planning for a vibrant future. Elected in 2021, she brings thoughtfulness and integrity to her role, serving as a representative on the Municipal Planning Commission and the Architectural Review Board, while also helping guide long-term vision through the Worthington Together Comprehensive Plan.
Her service extends across the community—from supporting economic development as Vice Chair of the Community Improvement Corporation to ensuring resources for families through the Community Grant Program Committee and the Worthington Pools Task Force. Rebecca also leads with compassion as Chair of the Volunteer Peace Officers Dependents Board.
Long before her election, Rebecca invested in her city through Leadership Worthington, the Police Citizens Academy, and years of volunteering in Worthington schools. She embodies the Matriots’ values of civic engagement, inclusive leadership, and commitment to families, making her a trusted voice for the future of Worthington.
