Nicole Kowalski
Hudson City Council, At-large
Northeast Ohio, Local
Elected in November 2020, Nicole Kowalski is running for her 2nd Hudson City Council At-Large term. Nicole is deeply passionate about the community of Hudson and has been involved with public service for years. Previously, she served on the Hudson Environmental Awareness Committee which advises City Council on issues related to the local environment as well as trash and recycling services. She also serves as a volunteer board member for Hudson Community First, is a member of the Hudson Rotary Club, and a member of Leadership Hudson’s class of 2020.
Nicole will continue to focus on improving infrastructure, as well as development of current idle pieces of prime real estate, all while determining to maintain the rich history of the city. Nicole does not approach her position as partisan: collaborating with fellow council members, ensuring representation from all generations, and transforming resident concerns into action are priorities as a member of City Council.
Nicole has a deep respect for the history of Hudson and believes this must be considered wholly when planning for the future. “Whether it is one year from now or twenty, balancing the inevitable growth of our city with the immediate needs of the community is – and should remain – the number one priority”.
