Michelle Kozak brings a record of inclusive, forward-looking leadership to Grandview Heights City Council. Since her election in 2021, she has championed nondiscrimination protections for renters, advanced sustainability initiatives, and helped launch the Grandview Heights Farmers Market—where she now serves as board president, strengthening connections between neighbors and local businesses.

Her career reflects the same versatility and commitment to growth she brings to public service. From teaching math in Switzerland and Ohio classrooms to leading corporate teams as a VP Marketing Manager at Chase, to founding her own small business after earning a pastry diploma from Le Cordon Bleu Paris, Michelle has navigated complex challenges with creativity and determination.
