Melanie Farkas believes public service begins at a local level because local government decisions have such an immediate impact on our communities. Melanie is running for Liberty Township Trustee, a fast-growing community that needs a vision for responsible development that is responsive to its residents. Melanie has spent her career building coalitions across the state and advocating for Ohio’s children at the state level. She understands the importance of fighting for good policy at the local level and doing so in a transparent and collaborative way that will bring about lasting change. If elected, Melanie Farkas will leverage her experience to help Liberty Township strategically plan for an inclusive community where all voices are heard.
