Margo Puffenberger’s campaign is nothing if not a testament to her passion for her hometown. After noticing community members struggling with medical issues, Margo decided to get educated and then get involved. Her bid for Maumee City Council brings forward an intentional push towards more environmentally conscious solutions, better community spaces, and a city government that puts its people at the center of all their choices. Margo embodies these values in her everyday life: she is an active member of Clear Vision for Maumee, a citizen action group focused on future city planning and a founding member of a community garden center in Maumee. No matter the outcome of the election, Margo’s presence in Maumee will continue to bring about important change for her city and its future residents.
