Marcia is a Chicago native and a graduate of the University of Illinois with a degree in Computer Science. She enjoyed a 30-year career in Information Technology, earning a master’s certificate in project management from George Washington University before transitioning into financial services with her husband, Chuck. Together, they operate a business focused on empowering families to build wealth, where Marcia is licensed in life insurance and annuities and serves as a Registered Principal with PFS Investments and an Investment Advisor with Primerica Advisors.

A passionate education advocate, she has served on Cincinnati Public School committees, the Ohio Superintendents Parent Advisory Council, and the national board of Parents for Public Schools. She currently sits on the Cincinnati preschool Promise Board and works with the League of Women Voters and NAACP education committees. Founder of Connecting for Impact, Marcia Champions public education, civic engagement, and community transformation. Leadership starts with courage, and The Matriots are excited to support Marcia, a leader who will embody Matriots’ values and advocate for her community in office.
