Lisa Havemann is a civil and environmental engineer, small business owner, and longtime Rocky River resident running for City Council At-Large. A graduate of Case Western Reserve University with both a BS and MS in Engineering, Lisa spent nearly two decades managing projects in concrete inspection, soil and underground remediation, water treatment, sustainable design, and urban development across the public and private sectors. After stepping away from engineering to care for her family, she worked in Case Western’s Department of Sociology before co-founding Beachcliff Behavioral Health in 2022 with her husband, Justin, where she serves as practice manager.

Lisa has also been a dedicated community volunteer, from teaching Sunday school to leading Girl Scout troops. With her technical expertise, business experience, and commitment to service, she offers a practical, bridge-building approach to the City Council that prioritizes fiscally responsible and environmentally sound solutions for Rocky River. The Matriots are thrilled to continue to support Lisa in her journey as a public servant, always a proud advocate for Matriots’ values and her community.
