As the first female coroner in Hamilton County, Dr. Lakshmi Sammarco spent her first term rapidly modernizing the Coroner’s office, reducing waste, and streamlining operations. She has also strengthened relationships with local and regional law enforcement agencies, helping to protect area neighborhoods. When re-elected, she will continue to serve with integrity, excellence, and innovation with the goal of creating a center of excellence for criminal science and investigation that will not only better serve Hamilton County, but also set a high standard for other facilities around the nation.

In 2021, Lakshmi Sammarco will continue to serve as the Hamilton County Coroner.
