Raised in Stark County, Krista L. Allison embodies the qualities of a change agent, collaborator, and servant leader. For over 20 years, she has been at the forefront of leadership in family and community engagement; academic and non-academic support; and, diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEI&B) at the state, county, and local levels. Passionate about people, Krista Allison believes that fair and equitable systems are essential to creating opportunities for everyone. 

Krista Allison’s dedication to her community extends beyond her professional roles. She volunteers at food banks, leads in her church and women’s organizations, serves on multiple boards, and actively participates in community-wide conversations on equity. Her energy, leadership, work ethic, and authenticity have earned her recognition from numerous organizations.
