Kelli Davis
Worthington Board of Education
Central, Local
As a mother of two children who have both attended Worthington Schools since preschool, Kelli Davis is very familiar with all aspects of the district. Over the past 15 years, Kelli has delved into the Worthington community and schools, coordinating food drives, participating in discussions about diversity and inclusion, and serving as a Curriculum Liaison Council representative. She has also served the district as a Key Communicator Participant, a Master Facilities Plan Task Force Member, and a Worthington Alliance of Black Families & Educators Board Member. If elected, Kelli’s areas of focus will be diversity and inclusion, student mental health, special education access and school safety. Kelli feels strongly that the representation of all students and families matters and understands that communication and active listening are critical to informed decision-making. She plans to also focus on student-centered decision-making, prioritizing the students’ experiences and ideas, allowing them to realize the value they all can bring to the community.
