Kelley Casper is seeking reelection after serving the Lakota Local School District. Kelley is a longtime advocate for public education and an active community volunteer. A proud public-school graduate and former first and second-grade teacher, she has spent the past decade working in mental health and suicide prevention. Currently serving as a first aid instructor in high schools.
Since her two children began attending Lakota, she has actively been volunteering across the district, serving as PTA/PTO president, on the District Parent Council, and on various committees. First elected to the Lakota Board of Education in 2017 and re-elected in 2021, she remains committed to providing all students with a well-rounded, high-quality education. A 28-year resident of West Chester and Liberty Township, she and her husband Darrin, are proud parents of two Lakota East Graduates. With great optimism, The Matriots support Kelley as she continues to uplift Matriots values and her community.
