Kaylee grew up in rural Ohio, moved to Columbus to pursue a bachelor’s degree in marketing at Capital University, and currently serves on the Gahanna City Council as a representative for Ward 3. Her love for Gahanna began when she began to wait tables at the Old Bag of Nails, and she has been here ever since, where she now lives with her husband and daughter.

After graduating from Capital, Kaylee worked as a Client Account Executive. Where she worked closely to create market tools for clients, facilitate communication between vendors and clients, and create unique relationships for clients to stand out from the competition. After that, she moved to serving as a Pantry Manager for Gahanna Residents in Need until she began her current term on the Gahanna City Council in 2022.

Since being elected, Councilmember Padova has pursued responsible, future-focused investments to meet the evolving needs of her community. Notably, she helped to bring Gahanna’s first energy aggregation program and the Community Grant Program to her community. Her goal is to make sure children grow up proud of where they are from. We are energized by Councilmember Padova’s vision and excited to see her continue to uplift Matriots’ values and her community.
