Katie Nappi is a mom of three, an Army Veteran, a retired business executive, and an active community volunteer. A Harvard biochemistry graduate, she served in the U.S. Army as a Combat Aviation Support Platoon Leader and Battalion Chemical Officer, bringing teamwork, discipline, and integrity into her work. After earning an MBA from the University of Virginia, Katie moved to Ohio to work for Procter & Gamble, specializing in consumer insights and strategic, data-driven problem-solving.

In addition to her professional experience, Katie also leads a youth sailing program and serves as treasurer on two nonprofit boards, giving her experience in budgeting and prioritizing limited resources. In her free time, Katie enjoys local parks, sailing with her family, and genealogy research. Katie will be a champion for Matriots’ values in office as she seeks to serve their community. As a trustee candidate for Anderson Township, she aims to ensure policies reflect community needs and values.
