Katie Koehler Wagner is running for Ohio House of Representatives, District 80, with a campaign focused on doing right by her community and leading with transparency. As a mother and teacher, Wagner understands the importance of creating a better future for her district, her community, and her family. After feeling ignored by her government representatives and powerless in the decisions being made, she decided to be the change she wanted to see.

Her platform focuses on affordable and accessible healthcare, opportunities to prosper, quality public schools, and affordable energy for homes and businesses.

Wagner is the founder of Resist+Persist, a 501(c)(4) grassroots organization focused on civic engagement, advocacy, and helping everyday people understand how local and state decisions impact their lives. Through the organization, she has helped build an online community where members can share information, ask questions, and support one another.

Wagner is committed to helping others in Columbus make their voices heard and demonstrating the positive impact that hard work and community service can have on a community.
