Kathy Parker-Jones is a passionate educator, small business owner, and dedicated community leader. Since moving to Hilliard in 1996, she has been deeply involved in shaping her community, both professionally and personally. With a B.S. in Education and a B.A. in French from the University of Dayton, as well as a Master’s in Educational Theory and Practice from The Ohio State University, Kathy has spent decades ensuring students receive high-quality education. She began her career with Columbus City Schools before joining Hilliard City Schools in 1999, where she worked across the district, strengthening connections with families and educators. Currently, she serves as the Coordinator of Digital and Personalized Learning for Dublin City Schools.

A dedicated volunteer, she has supported the Hilliard Food Pantry, Hilliard Education Foundation, and local sports organizations. She is committed to fostering a strong, thriving Hilliard community.
