Joycelyn is a proud Worthington native whose leadership is rooted in empathy, service, and a deep commitment to her community. A graduate of Worthington City Schools, she went on to earn a degree in biomedical engineering from Northwestern University and built a career helping organizations solve complex challenges through human-centered design and strategic collaboration. Today, as a Senior User Researcher and Design Strategist, she brings people together to create practical, forward-looking solutions—skills she now brings to public service.

Persistent and community-focused, Joycelyn believes good government begins with listening to those it serves. The Matriots are proud to support her candidacy and the impact her leadership will bring to Worthington.
