Joy Bennett is passionate about improving things everywhere and with everyone she meets. Believing in the American political experiment and government of/by/for the people, Joy Bennett is ready to bring these beliefs and passion to Mason City Council.  Joy is excited to be the first to represent Democrat priorities on the Mason City Council. When she is not advocating for her community, Joy is the founder of Jumpstart Marketing, where she is a marketing strategist, a mother, and a wife. When in office, Joy will support small businesses in Mason. She will proactively respond to traffic, parking, and other daily needs. She also will devise a strategy to address the high cost of living. With Joy’s passion for women and change in the community, we know that she will fight for the Matriot’s values when elected.
