A longtime resident of Rocky River, Councilmember Gallagher is truly dedicated to caring for and advocating for her community. During her past two terms on Rocky River City Council, she has focused her efforts on empowering residents of Rocky River both in terms of economic independence and reproductive healthcare. Councilmember Gallagher also believes in the power of collaboration, as she is an active member of the Cuyahoga County Democratic Women’s Caucus, Grassroots Resistance Cleveland, and Cleveland Stonewall Democrats.  

Upon re-election in 2025, Councilmember Gallagher intends to continue to amplify the voices of Rocky River residents while also increasing the accessibility of the City Council. Overall, Councilmember Gallagher’s passion for improving the lives of those she serves and giving back to the community that has so supported her family makes her an empathetic yet determined leader.
