Hilary R. Damaser
Washington Township Trustee
Central Ohio, Local
Hilary Damaser has built her career around service, leadership, and a deep commitment to strengthening Ohio’s communities. As a Principal Assistant Ohio Attorney General, she ensures that state agencies and public institutions operate with integrity and accountability, representing organizations as diverse as the State Fire Marshal, the Department of Public Safety, and the Ohio Arts Council.
Her path has always reflected a belief in the power of public service and women’s leadership. From clerking for Justice Alice Robie Resnick—one of Ohio’s trailblazing women on the Supreme Court—to mentoring future leaders through Buckeye Girls State, Hilary has championed the idea that when women lead, Ohio prospers. She continues this commitment through her research on Nettie Cronise Lutes and Florence Cronise, Ohio’s first women admitted to the bar, helping keep their legacy alive for future generations.
Beyond her professional work, Hilary invests in her community. She serves on the City of Dublin Architectural Review Board, helps guide the profession as a trustee of the Ohio State Bar Foundation, and has long been engaged in her faith community at Congregation Beth Tikvah.
Hilary embodies the Matriots’ values of leadership, service, and advancing opportunities for women. We are proud to stand with her and excited about the vision she brings for a stronger Ohio.
