As a young attorney, Hallie Shalev Turnberrez will bring much-needed energy and expertise to the University Heights City Council. Hallie is running because she believes that the community needs more young, queer, and community-centric representation in the city’s local government. When elected, Hallie will introduce community resource-sharing programs, modernizing waste collection programs and reducing the carbon footprint, and improving presentation and effective democratic government. Hallie knows that a fresh perspective is needed in University Heights and she is ready to bring that to city council.
