As a Minority Personnel Officer with the Ohio House of Representatives, she has built her career on strengthening organizations through effective leadership, collaboration, and a deep understanding of people. With over a decade of experience in human resources and management across both public and private sectors, Dionna knows how to create systems that work for everyone.

As a mother of two students in Groveport schools, Dionna understands firsthand the importance of student-centered decision-making. She is running to ensure that every child has the opportunity to succeed in a school system guided by transparency, communication, and strong community partnerships.
