Deidre Hazelbaker is a strategic marketing and communications consultant with a passion for lifting up women, families, and communities. Raised in rural Ohio and a proud Bowling Green State University graduate, Deidre’s journey is defined by creativity, perseverance, and a deep commitment to service. She began her career in graphic design before transitioning to marketing at Perfetti Van Melle.

While six months pregnant, Deidre launched her own digital marketing business, working with local brands like Gold Star Chili and Kroger Simple Truth. After selling her company in 2021, she now consults with Wordsworth PR. A mission-driven organizations, leading data-driven campaigns and supporting fundraising and governance strategies. Deidre engagement extends beyond her professional career. She is also active in Loveland Schools, Cincinnati Friends Meeting, and youth activities.

Her lived experience, dedication to service, and commitment to equity embody core Matriots values: supporting women, strengthening communities, and shaping a better Ohio for all.
