A dedicated and experienced advocate for the schools, Daphne currently serves as Vice President of the Gahanna–Jefferson School Board and seeks a third term in the upcoming election. Daphne believes part of serving as a current school board member is providing safe schools for all students, healthy environments, and allowing them to become prosperous in the community. Beyond her work on the board, Daphne Moehring chairs the Finance Committee for the district. In doing so, this has provided more financial oversight and allowed for public participation during board meetings.   

We know that she will continue to fight to for Matriots values and to preserve and improve the education system in the Gahanna – Jefferson School District.
