Charmaine McGuffeyI model my values as a leader and lead by example. I have always reached back to help others climb and achieve their careers, primarily other women. As the Sheriff, my hope is that other women, especially younger women, see that they too can rise in their careers, especially women in law enforcement because it is still primarily a male dominated profession. I hope they are saying ‘if she can do it, I can do it.’
