Euclid City Council President
Northeast Ohio, Local
From ward council member to at-large council member, Charlene Mancuso has had years of experience working closely with her city to improve the needs of her constituents. As Euclid’s city council president, she wants to continue the energy she’s consistently brought to council and keep fresh ideas at the forefront of the council’s agenda. Serving as the incumbent since 2018, her leadership has already had an impact. She created a domestic violence task force to address the needs of first responders in her community, and amended the city’s ordinances to prevent eviction due to domestic violence. Charlene believes that diverse voices can only improve the council’s effectiveness and plans to center these dialogues around choices designed to benefit the whole community.
