Carolyn brings more than 35 years of public service in Lorain County, with experience spanning City Council and executive leadership roles. A graduate of Cleveland State University with a degree in Business Administration, she also has extensive experience in banking, investments, and insurance, helping families secure mortgages and supporting small businesses.

As County Commissioner, Carolyn will prioritize job growth, economic opportunity, and responsible budgeting. She is committed to ensuring fair distribution of resources across rural, urban, and suburban communities through careful financial oversight and long-term planning. Her leadership focuses on strengthening infrastructure, housing, and public safety while supporting small businesses, veterans, seniors, and families in transition.
