Since a young age, Beth Kowalczyk has been driven by the need to be at the table where decisions are made. A long-time advocate for gender equality, Beth represented women in domestic violence cases, among other types of civil litigation, and participated in the Jefferson County Domestic Violence Task Force to develop a county domestic violence protocol. As a member of Worthington City Council, Beth has sought to bring more women to leadership positions with appointments on local boards, commissions, and task forces. Worthington recently completed a visioning process to understand what the community envisions for Worthington’s future, and Beth looks forward to participating in the implementation of that vision.
