Anne Denny has spent her entire life in this vibrant region, dedicating herself to serving the community. With 15 years of experience at a local title company, she possesses the expertise necessary to excel as Lake County’s next recorder. Anne is committed to maintaining accurate records and ensuring they are accessible to everyone—from the public to realtors, attorneys, and historians. 

Her educational background includes a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a focus on marketing and finance from the University of Dayton and an associate degree in nursing from Lakeland Community College. As a licensed Title Officer, trusted notary public, and Registered Nurse, Anne brings a unique blend of skills that emphasize integrity, service, and community empowerment.
