Anna Albi is currently in her first term on the Cincinnati City Council. Anna’s focus in office has been fostering a safe community and reducing gun violence by addressing root causes such as food insecurity, housing, and access to healthcare. Before being elected to City Council, Anna served as a local group lead for Moms Demand Action and recording secretary for Madisonville Community Council. Anna is a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution and serves as a Cincinnati Democratic Party Vice Chair as well as Precinct executive for the Hamilton County Democratic Party. She is a graduate of LEAD Ohio and a 2023 fellow for the New Leaders Council for Southwest Ohio. Anna grew up in Anderson Township, the daughter of a small business owner and a public defender, and is the sister of two U.S. Marines. Anna’s Husband works at P&G, and together they are dog parents to a rescue named Trooper. Anna earned her undergraduate and graduate degrees at Carnegie Mellon University and worked as a Senior Strategic Communication consultant before joining the City Council.
