Andrea Boyd is ready to sit on the Shaker Heights Board of Education. Andrea currently consults businesses and assists them in their economic development efforts as a Business Advisor for the Ohio MBDA, U.S. Department of Commerce. She is also now running a non-profit that provides education for the underrepresented and underserved SEDI communities of color. She offers financial literacy, wealth building, and youth entrepreneurship courses. 

Andrea will make sure that the school district is held accountable when elected.  With this accountability comes ensuring that board-approved plans are appropriately implemented and the district’s mission is carried out. Andrea also wants to better communicate with the parents/guardians and the district. 

Andrea is passionate about ensuring the youth have the right tools for financial and educational success in the Shaker Heights School District.
