Rose is a committed leader and outspoken advocate running for Ohio House of Representatives in District 36. Rose cares deeply about upholding democracy within Ohio, where women and working families voices must be elevated. A small business owner and teacher herself, Rose is running to protect teachers and unions. Originating from Dayton, Rose assisted in organizing the grassroots organization Team Democracy to provide education and community to those unsatisfied with the 2024 election results, amassing over 1,000 members. Team Democracy hosted numerous events, including picnics, coffee chats, training sessions, book clubs, and canvassing events, a huge part due to Rose’s outstanding leadership and drive to uplift other women.  

Rose is a stern believer in leading by example and continuing the fight for women’s autonomy and support. Rose strives to find solutions to key issues in Ohio, such as fighting cuts against Medicaid and creating a task force of nurses and doctors. She vows to support the creation of the Grandparent Tax Credit for families who live in multigenerational households, push back against the EdChoice school voucher system, and provide support to the LGBTQ+ community and bridge racial injustice.  

Rose is ready to listen, execute, and take action for Ohioans. The Matriots are joyous to support Rose in her campaign for Ohio House Representative.
