hareen Fountain is a cosmetologist and community advocate serving on the East Cleveland Board of Education, to which she was appointed on May 14, 2024. Now a first-time candidate, she brings a personal background deeply rooted in East Cleveland, both as an alumna of its schools and a local entrepreneur through her salon, Styles of Success. Fountains campaign focuses on financial transparency, regulatory compliance, and board accountability. She plans to leverage her platform as a community salon owner to deliver financial literacy workshops and mentorship programs specifically targeting young women in foster care. Fountain is motivated and wishes to serve and give back to the community where she was raised.
