Micole Spicer is originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, and has lived in Franklin County for 31 years. She has lived in the City of Whitehall for 16 years. Micole graduated from The Ohio State University. She is currently on the Board of Zoning and Building Appeals for the City of Whitehall and the Franklin County Democratic Party Central Committee, representing Whitehall Ward 2. Micole is also currently on the School Fairness and Sensitivity Committee for The Ohio Department of Education and Workforce. She is so excited to bring her experience, passion, and Matriots values to Whitehall City Council.
