Dr. Kim Singh is a resident and public servant in the City of Mason now running for City Council. Dr. Singh is a licensed mental health therapist and community educator. While also having over 16 years of experience working in local government, she has worked to support individuals with developmental disabilities and now serves communities statewide through her mental health practice.
Dr. Singh holds degrees from The Ohio State University, Xavier University, and The University of Dayton. She has been recognized by the National Board of Certified Counselors and the YWCA of Cincinnati for her commitment to equity and service.
If elected, Dr. Singh would be the first person of color ever seated on Mason City Council. She is committed to bringing demographic balance to local leadership, believing that diverse experiences and perspectives lead to stronger, more inclusive decision-making. On council, she plans to prioritize arts and cultural representation to help reflect and celebrate the full diversity of the Mason community.
