Jaime Shatsman has been a prominent member of the Willoughby-Eastlake City School Board since her appointment in 2022. Professionally, she is a Digital Marketer at National Strategic Group. As her teachers played an impactful role throughout her childhood, Jaime is dedicated to providing the students of Willoughby-Eastlake City Schools with the same care that so benefitted her. During her three years as the Board of Education’s Vice President and Legislative Liaison, in her own words, Jaime has focused on academic innovation and progress, creating a culture of belonging, fiscal and operational excellence, and community engagement.  

Upon re-election, Jaime intends to not only continue her valuable work with the Board, but also to ensure that students have access to a joyful, quality education regardless of the current political climate. Beyond serving on the Board of Education, Jaime also volunteers her time to her community by supporting local nonprofits and participating in the continuous fight for reproductive rights in Ohio. In all, Jaime’s clear passion for serving her community, specifically students, acts as a guiding light in the work she does to guarantee a brighter future for Willoughby-Eastlake students.
